Michael Vance Contracting, LLC opened for business in February 2005. MVC Rentals was started to manage our rental property investments. We are family-owned and operated right here in Hopkinsville, KY, with a convenient location at 1480 Glass Avenue.

Michael Vance has over 30 years of experience in the construction industry. He specializes in commercial, residential, and customized construction and roofing.
Vance Family
Michael and Kerry have been married for 30 years. They have three children that have all taken part in the daily operation of the business. We are a family dedicated to giving back to our community.
